We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned with proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Personalized items (custom phone cases or engraved products) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received an incomplete order.
  • The item did not meet your expectations and is returned in accordance with our policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Custom-designed or personalized items (including engraved phone cases).
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in processing your order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@casechice.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the item has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
